An independent mortgage broker for self-employed borrowers

Prosperity Lending provides home loans and commercial real estate loans for business owners, artists and self-employed professionals.

Alejandro Szita, a finance guy and real estate broker, and Thisbe Ongania, an artist, decided to provide these services after noticing that their friends often ran into challenges when applying for a mortgage.

In 2018, they decided to start their own company, Prosperity Real Estate Inc., a real estate brokerage focusing on self-employed clients on the West Side of Los Angeles. In 2021, they saw a strong need for real estate financing in this community, and they added these to their services under the name “Prosperity Lending.” Mortgage services quickly overshadowed real estate transaction services and have become our focus ever since.

Prosperity Lending currently partners with 15 different lenders to provide niche mortgage products for self-employed borrowers in California and Florida. We offer top-rate customer service with highly competitive interest rates and fair fees. For ultra-out-of-the-box loans on California properties, we additionally offer in-house private financing when needed.

Because Alejandro’s background includes over 10 years of experience as a full-time real estate agent and broker, our service is truly comprehensive. He routinely helps clients solve real estate challenges that could otherwise derail a transaction. He also helps clients keep properties that they might otherwise may have lost.
